Describe the issue

In solution mode, when renaming a project back to its original name, project loading status is continually spinning.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a project with solution file
2. Rename a *.csproj file
3. Rename it back to the original name

The status of project load continually spins. Logs seem to indicate that project restore has been completed.

Expected behavior

Project loading is complete and indicated correctly in the status bar.
