Describe the Issue

Failed to restore NuGet packages for the solution.

Steps To Reproduce

1.Create a C# Console App and create a new solution file for it.
2.Rename the project in the Explorer and observe the Problems Window.

Expected Behavior

Restore the solution's NuGet packages.

Environment Information

I'm not able to repro with latest RC builds.
