Can't find Copilot CLI on Windows

I tried running this on Windows + PowerShell and the tool can't find Copilot CLI.

Relevant info?

PS C:\git\primer> copilot --version
GitHub Copilot CLI 0.0.399.
Run 'copilot update' to check for updates.
PS C:\git\primer> node --version
v24.13.0
PS C:\git\primer> npm --version
11.6.2

Copilot chat version: 0.36.2
Copilot version: 1.388.0
VS Code version: 1.108.2

i got same issue, not sure if it's related to these paths, i can't find copilotCli under github.copilot-chat-* folder
