Steps to reproduce

1. Open PowerToys Run (Alt + Space)
2. Search for an application (e.g., Git or any installed app)
3. Click or press Enter to launch
4. PowerToys Run crashes and shows error dialog

✔️ Expected Behavior

Selected application should launch normally without any crash.

❌ Actual Behavior

PowerToys Run crashes with a NullReferenceException.

Error:
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at Microsoft.Plugin.Program.Programs.UWPApplication.Launch(...)
