leverage bot framework composer's do until to play a waiting sound

Hi All,

It is not clear how and if at all it is possible, but I am trying anyway.

The situation is this - I ask the customer a question "What is your incident number". From this point I activate several workflows (power automate flow), and move between several internal topics that also activate workflows (power automate flow), until finally I reach a final topic where I produces a dynamic sound file that the customer hears.

This process can sometimes take between 5 and 10 seconds. During them there is a very uncomfortable silence in the conversation.

Is there any way to leverage bot framework composer's do until to play a waiting sound (a sound file I have) until a certain variable gets a value and then continue the process.

It is difficult to explain because the processes described above occur one after the other.
