Following the fix for issue #389, I’d like to suggest a version that is compatible with Application Insights 3.0.0. Please let me know your thoughts.

The Application Insight already support the agent skill to migrate ITelemetryInitializer → BaseProcessor Migration

This is technically feasible, but we don’t yet have enough signal to prioritize it.

If this is something you’d like to see for Application Insights 3.0 (OpenTelemetry-based), please let us know by replying below. Sharing a rough sense of your organization’s size or usage would also help us better understand the demand.
