Handle datapacks

Why?

It's annoying to update datapacks manually

What?

Both Modrinth and Curseforge now have datapacks as first class citizens. Let's use them

Any alternatives?

Anything else?

We need to make sure that we detect the environment correctly if it's a server or a single player setup because the datapack folders go in different places. I guess a config option is a good start
