Description
When an agent can't be reached, and the planned upgrade fails, every minute this task is retried. Causing an e-mail to be sent every minute.
Expected behavior: maybe just once a day report about agent upgrade fails?
Steps to Reproduce
Upgrade BBS to a version that needs to upgrade agents as well. Most agents succeed. But in case of a networking issue, some agents may not be reachable for a longer period. Which causes the failed e-mails to be send every minute per failing agent.
