Best Way to Get Help

When contacting support, include:

  • Your device model, such as iPhone or iPad, and the iOS or iPadOS version, if relevant
  • A short description of the issue
  • The steps that led to the issue
  • Whether you are using guest mode or a linked account
  • Screenshots, if relevant and safe to share

Please Do Not Send

For privacy reasons, do not send:

  • Full medication history unless strictly necessary
  • Passwords or sign-in credentials
  • Sensitive personal health details that are not needed to explain the issue
