Add dynamic behavior to Line Objects

Problem / use case

In NagVis beside static lines we have line types showing the state of the service and the WeatherMap style which shows different colors based on interface utilization.

Proposed solution

Add more dynamic line styles:

1. A style showing the color of the state of the service as a line color
2. A style which changes dynamically the color of the line based on a specific metric and the relation to the configured levels.
3. A style which changes dynamically the thickness of the line based on a specific metric.
4. Any combination of 1,2 and 3 ;-)
5. Make the Service in the popup clickable
6. Allow different graph types in the popup and also show levels
