Support for auto scoping, code blocks in quarto or markdown file

This package is pretty nifty. I think it would better integrate into my workflow if it would automatically scope to run line or chunk/block within a quarto or markdown file so I could avoid highlighting.

Integrating with the block headers would be even more powerful.

@bradjcheme Just to make sure I understand, could you post some code and explain how you'd like it to work that it doesn't already?

When I run this quarty doc, it works as expected, both if I run a chunk and if I run the whole doc.
