Hitting Right Arrow doens't navigate down into the selected folder

When navigating the UI hitting the -> key doesn't navigate into the selected folder.

Expected behaviour

It should navigate down a directory.

Investigation notes

Traced through the full input pipeline — Ink's parse-keypress.js → use-input.js → checkInput() → enterDirectory() — and the right arrow binding looks correct:

• parse-keypress.js: \x1b[C → key.name = 'right'
• use-input.js: maps to key.rightArrow = true, input = ''
• keys.ts: MOVE_RIGHT includes rightArrow in its key list → match
• App.tsx:599: calls enterDirectory() on match
• state.ts:350-354: sets currentNode to the selected directory

The code path appears correct at the source level. Could be a build artefact mismatch or terminal-specific issue. Will revisit with debug logging if reproducible.
