Unfiltered, pixelated textures of zombie skins

I tried everything, but couldn't bilinear filter this zombie's skin. But very easily with ePSXe, this zombie's skin gets filtered!
I turned on all of SawnStation's graphics settings and tried them one by one, but it didn't make any difference.
