Mame RGB 3x darker version

I love this overlay a lot, the issue is that is a little bright , could this have a darker version?

Sure. Just take it into photoshop/gimp/whatever and make it a little darker.

Paint shop pro 7 or ACDsee 10 are they good??, and how to proceed, in paint shop pro I can change one color to another in the palette, a tutorial to do it would be really useful, cause I did it and resulted brighter though my choose was darker versions of red green and blue,
