A short description of your idea - I am envisioning a side implementation project based on LibreSpeed's Client and a client side implementation of the server, this may have to be done either on Chrome 138+ with https://wicg.github.io/direct-sockets/ or as a Android, or iOS app, or using an exec rolled Node.js app for end users, or ideally all these platforms.
Why it should be implemented
Who it would benefit, ..., this would benefit people in third and second world countries or people communicating with them, as well as sorting out backbone interconnection throughput issues.
