I'm trying to map shorelines on my subject beach for which the automatic threshold settings are struggling, so I'm doing it in manual mode. My issue is that I adjust the MNDWI and press Enter then right-arrow to keep the shoreline as instructed, but the output .geojson systematically has only the shorelines that were already good enough and that I waived through without modification. I tried changing the threshold on all shorelines, even the ones that don't need it, and my output has zero shorelines.
My 'max_dist_ref' is set to 100 so I doubt that the shorelines are getting deleted for exceeding the max. distance to the reference shoreline.
Does anyone have any ideas why it might be doing this? I'm fairly new to CoastSat so maybe I just forgot a setting.

Thank you,
