Add a Project Roadmap

I think it would be helpful to create and maintain a project roadmap to give everyone a clear picture of what's planned (short-term and long-term).

Having a shared roadmap can:

• Align our goals
• Prioritize tasks more effectively
• Make it easier for anyone to contribute proactively

Also, I’m interested in contributing more actively. Although I’m not very familiar with TypeScript yet, I’d love to help out where I can.

How about creating the entire project guideline organized inside this project section of git repo.

That sounds like a great idea! Organizing the guideline within the project section of the repo would definitely improve clarity and accessibility.

Just one thought — since it seems closely related to our future plans, maybe we could outline the high-level roadmap first and then build the guideline around it. What do you think?
