Form validator doesn't catch invalid characters in choice_list name column

Overview

KoboToolbox allows users to deploy forms that have spaces, commas, single-quotes, and accent letters in the name column of the choice_list worksheet.

Expected outcome

KoboToolbox should throw an error when trying to deploy a form that doesn't conform to the specifications.

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload and deploy an invalid XLSForm
2. Open the form in Enketo, and an error is thrown

XLSForm Online doesn't catch the errors either.

Also, after closing the error modal in Enketo, user is able to submit the form, but no data is sent to KoboToolbox (submission data fields are empty).

To be clear, pyxform behavior is probably what needs to be looked at here, since that's going to strictly enforce what is/not considered valid choice name syntax. Please be aware, spaces are strictly permissible in choice names [and in some cases they are indeed necessary; eg if you wish to map a selection to, say, a GPS location]. But you do obviously need to be avoid spaces if you intend to use the choice list in a select_multiple, because a space is used as the delimiter between selections. I would however probably recommend not using accent chars in choice list names, because these will be stored as raw strings in the resulting submission XML.

The error that you are seeing in your specific form above appears to be related to the fact you are using a choice list_name containing a '/'; specifically "a/na". That probably should be picked up as an error by pyxform (but apparently isnt) because it is obviously confusing Enketo (it is probably treating the / as a file path separator...). If you change your list_name to, say, "ana" instead you form it works fine.
