Add another worked example

The pack ships two worked examples today:

• examples/01-idea-clarifier-walkthrough/ — an indie-hacker product brief
• examples/02-first-skill-template-walkthrough/ — a SKILL.md scaffold

Looking to add one or two more, in priority order:

1. A consulting brief through idea-clarifier (different ICP — fractional exec / freelance project manager / independent consultant). Shows the skill working on a service business, not a product.
2. A failure case — input that the skill correctly refuses, with the editorial note explaining why. Teaches users what 'good input' looks like as much as showing what 'good output' is.
3. A second first-skill-template walkthrough — a different scaffolded skill, fully filled in, showing the canonical body pattern in another voice.
