ZIp file is not being accepted in `Submit New Evidence` modal from Windows

Seems like it is due to the fact that Windows uses a different MIME type for zip files.

Updating whitelist for zip:

"application/x-zip",
"application/x-zip-compressed", 
"multipart/x-zip"
...
