Mounts not updating

My chrome browser is not updating my newly attained mounts on my main character. On other characters the mounts that I get are shown, but my main is not updating. It is however just an issue on my end. Others can see the mounts on my main character updated, and I can see them myself when using another browser. I have tried refreshing, relogging and deleting all cookies on the site, but nothing has worked yet.

Just to be certain, have you tried pressing 'CTRL + F5'? That should force a refresh of the local cache (it's different from just refreshing/pressing f5).

If that doesn't work, I'm not entirely sure what could be the cause of this, you could always try a fresh install of the browser or it could be an extension you have installed that's causing issues.

Also, you specify mounts but I'm guessing this also applies to the other collectables? or is it just exclusively the mounts page that's not updating on your end.

I've tried ctrl+F5 and it didn't work.
I just checked now and it seems to only apply to the mounts page. Achievements and other collectibles are showing up on the main character. It is only the newly attained mounts from war within that is not showing up. All the other mounts from previous expansions are there.

I have similar issue, CTRL + F5, SHIFT + CTRL + R don't fix it, i even went and deleted the cookies for the site, mounts still not updating.

Same issues here using google chrome and edge.
I'll have to remember which places not to go to as I've gotten those mounts when I'm using the planner

I've experienced this issue this past week, or at least it being delayed until properly updated.
What I noticed was when visiting the official Armory, when I clicked on Collections I got an error saying something went wrong.
It didn't matter if I was browsing the Pets or Mounts tab.

Could this issue be on Blizzards end?

It is fully on blizzard's end, there's some really weird things going on with the API at the moment that we unfortunately can't do anything about, there's some others who can't even load some of the pages at all (#690 )

I'm not confident this is fully on Blizzard's end. It's looking like an issue with caching in armorystats.info for me. My chrome browser version of simplearmory is not working and loading recent mounts, even after deleting cache/cookies/data on my side for simplearmory. However, opening the website in an incognito tab on the same device works fine. It also works fine on other devices. The difference is in the "https://armorystats.info/us/moon-guard/metzi/collections/mounts" responses:

From the network tab on the simplearmory website, I consistently get:

Note the version loaded through simplearmory in this particular browser configuration is out of date consistently, but visiting the website directly or loading it through different browsers (or even in incognito mode) works fine. I don't think this is only a problem with the Blizzard API.

I dug into this a little bit more and found a workaround in my browser. The information was fresh when I followed the instructions here: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/network/reference#disable-cache about disabling the browser cache in the Chrome developer tools. I suspect something funky is going on with cache-control - https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Reference/Headers/Cache-Control. It isn't specified in the responses as far as I can tell, which technically leaves it up to the browser. It is probably worth adding Cache-Control: max-age=0, no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate in the response headers from the Cloudflare worker in https://github.com/kevinclement/armorystats-info/blob/main/src/index.js
