Request for a "/watchlist [username]" command

Just wanted to see if it was possible to add a command so that the bot can pick a movie from a user's watchlist at random

Or it could be added as a parameter to the roulette command

Example: /roulette mackiser

Output: discord embed of a random film from that user's watchlist
