ci(pages): claim algo-visualization.jgrapht.org via CNAME
Override the stale jgrapht org-level Pages default (which redirects every repo to old.jgrapht.org, a domain whose DNS no longer resolves). Once the per-repo CNAME is in place, the github.io URL serves this repo directly. The custom domain itself goes live as soon as the DNS record for algo-visualization.jgrapht.org is added.
