New Widget: awesome docs in a webview widget.

We'll have to do quite a few things to make this happen:

• We need to keep a local copy of the docs pages
  • we should generate them ourselves
  • custom skin to match the color scheme
  • it should be kept up-to-date
• There needs to be a new webview widget
  • If it is possible, it should tile with editors, or pin to the left or right side.
  • it should have basic control buttons: Home, back, forward
  • it should support search within page, maybe the built-in webview already has this?
