+ Corrected an error concerning rewiring in GameHDPT.java.
+ The creation of SmallWorld nets is redefined and some variables renamed:
- dRadio -> dSpatialRadio
- dProbSmallNets -> dProbSmallWorld
- oVectorCells -> oCellVector
- oLineCell -> oCellLine
+ We move the learning variables from Game.java to Brain.java (refactoring GameCoaPrediction.java).
+ We remove GamePM1_IPDNet.java, keeping the original GameIPDNet.java
- JPanelWindow uses BorderLayout to show the information in a simpler way.
- The input of files for CoaPrediction has been modified to use only files from "./input/" folder.
- DlgInfoCell for CoaPrediction provides more relevant information about cells.
- VisorWorld shows a reduced set of colors per times being a BMU, but more illustrative.
- The REM phase is applied to non-BMU cells to:
a) Rewire to high BMUs (SOM).
b) Join the best coalition (CASOM).
VERSION 2019 (May 2019)
+ Besides taxes, we include shares in GameHolonMAES.java to allow for sharing the leader benefits.
+ A new game holonLife is HolonALife (HAL) designed.
+ The game holonMAES is redesigned as a combination of the HDTP and the AAMAS 2009.
+ The game GameSpatialIPD.java is renamed as GameNetIPD.java as it now deals with complex nets.

VERSION 2018.1 (October 2018)
+ The games GameSIPD and GameHDPT are split in different folders (packages).
+ iBatchMode is transformed into bBatchMode and moved from MainWindow.java to Game.java
+ The learning methods are moved from Cell.java to a new package machineLearning, which contains a class Brain.java providing the service.
+ A new game holonMAES is introduced for modeling Multi-Agent Economic Simulation with holons.
- The incomes are dependent from the spatial position.
- There is a buffer with the payoff, so the earnings disappear after a certain time.
VERSION 2018 (July 2018)
+ The game MetaCoaLife is introduced to give support to the holon hierarchy.
+ The method oRecGetLeader() from CellCoa.java is adapted to support metacoalitions and now is denoted as oGetLeaderExt().
+ The recursive method oRecGetMetaLeader() is introduced to search over the coalition hierarchy.
- Note: the basic change is that a cell can be a leader and a coalition member at the same time.
