missing latest version of server.js

Hi,

Thanks for this wonderful example.
But it seems that the last version of the server is missing because there is no configuration for the login part etc.
Besides that, I'm wondering how you solved the CORS issue because if I try to test this in the browser, it's always complaining about "No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource."
