Allow to set JMX name manually

PeriodicalLog uses the ObjectName "Speed4j" at the moment. It would be a useful feature if this name could be set to something different.

Sure. Can you describe what is it that you're trying to accomplish/avoid?

In my case I want to see in JConsole the entry "Performance" instead of "Speed4j".
