Unable to use the Renamer

Hello, What could be causing the error(s) below? I am unable to see detailed logs. It looks like titlesdb have been downloaded successfully and I added my keys with no issue.

I've tried on both the docker and windows 64bit (v0.4.4) with the same results. I thought it might be because I was using a network drive or the app didn't like the mix of nsp and nsz, but I tried moving a single nsp to local directory and attempting to rename with the same results.

I pulled some updated prod.keys (and included title.keys) thinking maybe I had out of date keys but the issue still is occurring. here's another example I didn't capture above:

So.. playing with this, it seems like the 'By Package Type' and 'By Bundle' work fine (atleast for me), but I couldn't get the 'Collection Renamer' to work at all.
