DRM support

First of all - thanks for this wonderful project.

We are wondering if libxaac could be used for creating DRM HE-AAC super-frames for transmission. There is an effort to add HE-AAC (and may be USAC too) to Dream software here:

My plan is to try to integrate it to Dream (in transmission mode) [1], gr-drm [2] or BBC's CS [3].

My issue is that is only has raw mpeg stream, so any players don't know what to do with that, including ffmpeg.

Sounds great, but main issue I have with dream test transmitter mode is there is no proper split stereo I/Q at 0kHz offset, unlike its commercial friend Spark DRM, which won't respond to my e-mail regarding licensing. 😂

If that functionality can be implemented, that would be excellent. 👍

We can use the drmcs and Spark MDI transmitter, or just use Dream receiver to test the counterpart Dream transmitter in a first step.

Btw, adding support on ffmpeg for xaac through external library is a good idea.
