I first completed a calculation DNAmAge on my dataset in October 2024, calculating the DNA methylation age for all my patient samples.
Recently (September 2025), I re-ran this analysis on a new computer and noticed a change in the calculated DNA methylation ages.
I am unsure where this discrepancy should come from, specifically. Is this because of an update of the package, if so, I would appreciate some insight how the calculation changes. I have looked through the github to inform myself but I cannot identify the information.
Any advice or information for re-accessing the old cache would be appreciated if that is the solution.
