[FR] Location Type parameters

Problem statement

Location types are very useful to mark what a location is (e.g. a drawer of specific size, ...). It would be helpful to also have to ability to store the size of such a location. (This can then later be used by plugins to search for locations with specific size/capability constrains)

Suggested solution

Add the generic parameters to the location type model and show the in UI. For that a new location type detail page has to be added.

(The same can also be done with images/attachments) when there is a generic solution available)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using location parameters, but when I want to add/update a parameter for a location I already have created 1000 times, it becomes very annoying, same for creating these parameters initially.
