Unable to Start Testing in Da Vinci Plan Net Test Kit – Error Occurs on Click

I followed the steps mentioned in the README.md file and then i copied the following url and clicked the START TESTING button which is throwing an error. Refer the screenshot attached.

I have been able to reproduce and will look for a fix.

A temporary workaround is to manually remove the ":4567" port from the url of unreachable page.
