Where should a new MX-HD telescope driver be submitted?

Hello,

I have developed a new INDI telescope driver for the MX-HD equatorial mount and would like to contribute it upstream.

The driver currently supports:

• USB serial and Bluetooth RFCOMM serial connections
• Goto / Sync
• Park / Unpark
• Home via a driver-specific MXHD_HOME action
• Pulse guiding
• Standard TELESCOPE_TRACK_MODE
• HA-based TELESCOPE_PIER_SIDE
• INDI-provided site/time synchronization

It does not depend on any vendor SDK beyond the normal INDI/libnova stack.

I have tested it on real MX-HD hardware with KStars/Ekos on Raspberry Pi 5.

Before preparing a pull request, I would like to ask:
Would this driver be more appropriate for the main indilib/indi repository, or should it be submitted to indi-3rdparty?

Great work @botchASTRO . It should definitely be part of indi-core (this repo). Please prepare a PR and we'll review it.
