There is an "iOptron AZ Pro" driver already you can use. You need a serial to USB adapter to control it. |

I am trying to control the AZ mount pro from a RPi 4B. Where do I find
this driver ? And how do I install it? I am a user, not a developer.
Thx!

I would like to control the iOptron AZ Mount Pro with indi. The mount has a 4-pin RJ45 port labelled "RS232" on the mount body, and an identical RJ45 port on the bottom of the hand controller. There are no USB-B ports anywhere, I guess the mount is too old for those. Can anyone recommend the correct driver and cable setup? I'm guessing that the "firmware upgrade" cable which came with the mount (DB9 to RJ45) and a USB-to-serial converter cable to plug into the DB9 and connect to the RPi USB-A port would be the answer.
