Currently, we show errors from input areas very prominently, and this can cause confusion for teachers editing. In particular, if there is an error above an input area, the attention might be drawn to knock-on errors in the input area.
I'm not sure I fully oversee the consequences of this, but this made me think we want to consider showing these errors in the same way everywhere when teacher mode is turned on.
