Terraink™ is a trademark of Yousuf Amanuel. An application for registration has been filed with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA). This filing establishes priority rights under the Paris Convention, allowing international trademark registration to be pursued within six months of the original filing date.

Unauthorized use of the Terraink name in connection with similar software, map services, or related commercial products may be restricted. For licensing inquiries, contact business@terraink.app.
The open-source license (AGPL-3.0) governing this project's source code grants rights over the source code. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the code, including for commercial purposes — provided that any modifications or derivative works are also published under the AGPL-3.0 license, and that the original copyright and license notices are preserved.
The AGPL-3.0 does not grant any rights to use the Terraink name or trademarks. The logo and visual assets are separate intellectual property and are not covered by the open-source license.
You may not use the Terraink name or logo in a way that:
- Suggests an official affiliation with or endorsement by the original project.
- Uses the name for a competing commercial hosted service or product.
- Confuses users into thinking your fork or derivative is the original Terraink.
You may use the name Terraink only to truthfully describe the origin of the code (e.g., "Based on Terraink source code").
