[Bug] sse connected,but can not reveive notification by sse connection.

Summary

in the brower, debug shows SSE connected, but when skill published, can not receive notification by SSE, the SSE connection in the debug tab show nothing. even create a send SSE message endpoint, and call it to broadcast a message. the SSE connection still show nothing, didn't receive any message.

Steps To Reproduce

publish a skill, obverse the debug tag, see if the SSE connection show something.

Expected Behavior

receive message, so frontend is able to handle it.
