Incompatibility with certain BRSTM files

I tried opening some brstm files from Trauma centre: Second opinion with the decoder and it caused a segmentation fault. This one of the files:

If it helps, I couldn't open this file in ffmpeg's ffplay, brawlbox, brawlcrate, or M8's revolution sound tool.

Indeed this file seems weird, it seems like it's an earlier version of the BRSTM format with missing parts of the header.

Support for this can probably be added, it will need some work.

Thank you very much. The game is a launch title, so that might be why it's an old version. Other files in this game that don't work reside in files/sound/. Interestingly, the sound files in files/sound/bgm/ all work with every tool I mentioned, including ones provided by openrevolution.

Update on this: vgmstream's vgmstream123 can open the files I mentioned.
