Check if spectrum files exist before writing

When generating the spectrum FITS files the default is to use the unique ID of the observation therefore it is possible that while exploring an observation the file can be overwritten. The conversion software should check if the file already exists and ask for confirmation if it does.

Ewan has not worked on this. It can only be closed if somebody else fixes it. It's not really that high priority.

We discussed this today (Paolo, Muriel, and I). Ideally, whenever the routine is uses, it would check if the SRM and spectrum files are already existing (it uses the standard file name + start_time_of_file (see below), which is not unique across two different kinds of configurations), and if either of them is existing, it would append "_X" X= counter or it could also be as simple as a timestamp. The user is informed what the saved files' names were and then automatically wired in OSPEX.

The routine/file in question is stx_write_ospex_fits.pro stx_spectrum_[start_time_of_file].fits and stix_srm_start_time_of_file].fits.
