proposal to add troubleshooting guide for WSL2 / Ubuntu setup

Description
While sitting up Fablo on Ubuntu (WSL2), I encountered a few environment-specific challenges that aren't fully covered in the current README.md. These include docker-compose versioning issues and specific flag requirements (like -d vs --detach).
Proof of Work
I have successfully deployed the local Hyperledger Fabric network after resolving these issues.

**Proposed Contribution **
I would like to contribute by adding a Troubleshooting section to the documentation. This will help new contributors (especially those on Windows /WSL2) to get started faster without getting stuck on environment errors.
I have already forked the repo and I'm ready to submit a PR with these updates.

Thanks for the reference! I've gone through the discussion in #681 . I see that @OsamaRab3 is looking for more practical, beginner-friendly details..
My proposed WSL2 guide fits perfectly here, as it solves real technical blockers (like Docker socket permissions and syntax updates) that beginners often face but aren't covered in the current documentation or the proposed restructuring. I'll make sure my contribution includes the practical terminal outputs they're asking for.
