Manage app versions and use dedicated app version for specific oms

What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

Currently there are cases when all the oms are not compatible with the latest app version, restricting the latest version of the app to be deployed to production, so we want to enable managing multiple app versions, and then let oms decide which app version is compatible and the app will serve that specific version.

Following considerations are made:

• We will be managing version for prod and uat versions of the app and not for dev
• If we do not have a data for specific app version in backend then we will serve the app without any version in the URL
