SPM Support

Most of the latest iOS projects uses spm only. Heimdall should also support spm for future projects.

I'm open to a PR, although I have to admit that I have been away from the iOS ecosystem for quite a few years, so would not mind if someone wanted to take over the project as the maintainer.
