Change WINS Form to Only Offer to Use GitHub Images

Overview

We need to change the WINS form to only offer to use their GitHub image. We will not be able to display people's LinkedIn profile pictures so we need to revise the form to reflect that.

Action Items

• In the WINS Google Form we will remove all areas for displaying the LinkedIn profile picture ¹
  • We will not remove the LinkedIn profile url only the LinkedIn profile picture
  • Make no changes to the GitHub profile url and GitHub photo permissions
• On page 2 of the form, remove the question asking for permission to use your LinkedIn profile picture that says

  Could we use your Linkedin profile picture next to your story?
  

• Review the form to ensure there are no other mentions of the LinkedIn profile picture
• In the section on page 2 asking for permission to use the GitHub profile picture explain why the image is needed by saying

  We’d like to display an image for you on the Wins page to help make it more visually engaging. If you have a preferred image or icon, please update your GitHub profile picture—it will be used to represent you.
  

• Use Docker to test changes locally, in both desktop and mobile views
• Save/commit the changes
• Create a pull request
