From 8befbf921e81ee9850d574f1433359975a71e587 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Grant Wickman Date: Thu, 14 May 2026 03:30:17 +0100 Subject: [PATCH] feat: add DEFAULT_REGION constant to constants module (BL-022) Add DEFAULT_REGION: str = "us" as fourth module-level constant alongside DEFAULT_HELLO_TARGET, DEFAULT_FAREWELL, and DEFAULT_LANGUAGE. Includes test_default_region_value and test_default_region_type unit tests to verify value and type. Updates README.md constants description and CHANGELOG.md with v007 entry.
