App fails to start when storage folder is inaccessible

Steps to reproduce:

- exit snipCommand
- move storage folder
- run snipCommand

Actual result:

- White page without any buttons/dialogs

Expected result

- Dialog with information that storage folder/file was not found
- Option for select existing path or create new one
