Support user-defined themes

A user should be able to define any number of themes in the configuration (~/.local/share/framework-tool-tui/config.toml).
Additionally, it would be good to support overriding the built-in themes. For example, I want to slightly change the background colour in the Gruvbox Dark theme (which I really like!).

This should be relativity easy no? Just give the user the variables in a "custom" theme and have them enter either a colour name or hex for each.

Or as you suggest, place the theme configs in a special themes.toml file. No idea how you'd implement this mind.

Yes, it must not be very difficult to implement.
I like the idea of having a separate themes.toml for this btw!
