* stage-3097: advanced model options (re-push fixes both no-ops), rebased onto master

* Release PA: advanced per-model options + auxiliary model routing (#3097)

ai-ag2026's #3097, re-pushed to fix both prior silent no-ops:
- base_url no longer clobbered (advanced applied after resolver write)
- extra_body now reaches the agent via request_overrides (+ cache-key); main
  modal hides unsupported timing fields (aux-only). Functionally verified live
  (gear→modal→save→persists). Codex SAFE + Opus SHIP + suite green.
Note: also adds 3 aux task slots (kanban_decomposer/profile_describer/triage_specifier).
