i18n: translate all 664 remaining TODO-translate placeholders

Completes it, ja, ru, es, de, pt, ko, tr (zh, zh-Hant, fr, pl, vi already
had none). Terminology and loanword conventions matched to each locale
block's existing neighbors; every placeholder, key name, and the en source
block left untouched (diff is exactly 664 balanced value replacements).
node --check passes; the locale-parity suite is green.
