Possible memory leak

Hello!
During the static analysis was found possible mistake:

1. The handle 'socket' is created at transport_nonce_tcp.go:27 by calling function 'net.Dial' and lost at transport_nonce_tcp.go:33.

Please clarify whether this requires correction?
