Document CFG Data import process

We need to document:

• all the changes done to the CFG masterlists/GAL files.
• the processing workflow to get the master glycan/linker lists
• the workflow to upload processed data files matching the sequences to the correct features in the repository (lookup of master sequences/fixes to the sequences)
• CFG sequence parser details
